Conclusions
The mile course is run around one turn as opposed to the straight 5 and 6 furlong races, however that doesn't seem to affect the very fair affect of the draw. Nottingham racecourse is a wide course with sweeping bends, and very fair. All three mile races in 2009 have been won from Stall 1.
